Restauranter Peter Bro has been in the industry for a long time. The carpenter-turned bartender found his ultimate calling when he bought his first bar in Portland, Oregon 15 years ago. Since, he’s opened some of the cities best eateries, salvaged all but forgotten restaurant relics and launched Poached Jobs, one of the best listing sites for food and drink jobs out there. To say that Peter’s got his finger on the pulse of the dining scene in The City of Roses would be a grave understatement. We asked Peter to take us on a tour of his favorite breakfast, lunch and dinner in Portland:
